中医本科实习生临床带教难点初探 被引量:1

摘要 实习是医学生成长为医生的必由之路,目前中医临床实习形式与以往师带徒截然不同。区别于大学课堂以讲授法作为主要学习方式,学生在实习过程中多通过自学、提问等方式解决问题。基于此,不少学生因无法转变学习方式而导致临床实习效果欠佳。笔者对部分大学本科临床实习学生进行评估,总结其面临的主要问题,并提出相应解决方式。 An internship is the only way to grow into a doctor.At present,the form of clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine is completely different from the past apprenticeship.Differ from the teaching method as the main way of learning in university,self-study and question-asking are usually used by the students to solve problems during the clinical practice.Therefore,many students cannot adjust themselves in new learning method that leads to poor clinical practice results.The author evaluated some undergraduate clinical practice students,summarized the main problems they faced,and proposed corresponding solutions.
