摘要
目的 探究尪痹片联合艾瑞昔布治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 采用随机数字表法将2020年6月—2021年9月就诊于广东省人民医院赣州医院的86例膝骨性关节炎患者分为试验组和对照组,各43例。对照组采用艾瑞昔布单药治疗,试验组则采用尪痹片联合艾瑞昔布治疗。观察2组疼痛评分、症状评分、生活质量评分、临床疗效、关节液中TNF-α、IL-1β和MMP-13的含量以及不良反应发生情况的差异。结果 治疗后,试验组VAS评分、ISOA评分和关节液中TNF-α、IL-1β和MMP-1水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组ADL评分、临床总有效率则显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 尪痹片联合艾瑞昔布治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效优于单用艾瑞昔布,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wangbi tablets combined with Imrecoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Using random number table method,86 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in Ganzhou Hospital of Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital from June 2020 to September 2021 were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 43 cases in each.The control group was treated with Imrecoxib monotherapy,while the experimental group was treated with Wangbi tablets combined with Imrecoxib.The pain score,symptom score,quality of life score,clinical efficacy,the content of TNF-α,IL-1β and MMP-13 in synovial fluid,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed between the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS,ISOA scores and the levels of TNF-α,IL-1β and MMP-1 in the synovial fluid of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Wangbi tablets combined with Imrecoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is better than that of Imrecoxib alone,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
