摘要
随着网壳在大型储罐中的应用越来越广泛,针对传统三角形板式钢网壳基础零件存在失稳,导致钢网壳整体结构稳定性较差问题,展开三角形板式节点式钢网壳在大型储罐上的应用研究。计算网壳顶静力,为节点式钢网壳数值设计与施工提供基础。使用Xsteel模型构建零件参数化模型,预制节点式钢网壳构件。设定三角形板式节点钢网壳安装工序,实现三角形板式节点式钢网壳在大型储罐的设计安装,构建实验环节,实验结果表明:三角形板式节点式钢网壳可有效提升节点稳定性,进一步降低网壳刚度形变量与网壳可承受最大应力,保证拱顶式储罐在运行过程中的安全性。
With the increasing application of mesh shell in large storage tanks, the application of triangular plate nodal steel mesh case in large structure of steel mesh shell is poor due to the instability of steel mesh shell in large storage tanks. Calculating the static force of mesh shell provides a foundation for the numerical design and construction of nodal steel mesh shell. Using the Xsteel model to build the part parametric model, prefabricated nodal steel mesh shell members. Set the installation process of triangular plate type node steel mesh shell to realize the design and installation of triangular plate type node type steel mesh shell in large storage tank.In the experimental link, the experimental results show that the triangular plate nodal steel shell can effectively improve the node stability, further reduce the stiffness variable and the maximum stress of the shell, and ensure the safety of the vault storage tank in the operation process.
