摘要
本文总结1例中药膏摩联合穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病患者便秘的护理体会,通过科学的护理评估和辨证分型,确定患者护理方案,基于中医基础理论,采用中药膏摩和穴位贴敷缓解便秘,同时配合排便指导、饮食调护、运动锻炼、用药指导等护理干预,进一步改善临床症状,促进患者康复。
This article summarized the nursing experience of treating constipation in a diabet⁃ic patient with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)ointment rubbing therapy and acupoint appli⁃cation.A scientific nursing plan was established based on the syndrome differentiation and com⁃prehensive nursing assessment.According to the TCM theory,the ointment rubbing therapy and acupoint application was carried out to relieve the symptoms of constipation.Comprehensive nurs⁃ing interventions such as defecation behavior training,dietary care,exercise,medication guid⁃ance were provided to improve recovery of the patient.
