摘要 讨论了直接蒸发冷却空调技术在产品中应用的优势和特点;通过对蒸发式冷风扇的测试试验,分析进出口空气温度、进出口水温和水箱中水温之间的关系;并采用对比试验,研究水箱中水量的多少对蒸发冷却效率的影响,并因此提出增设小水箱的可行性方案;结合试验测试结果,对直接蒸发冷却过程的能量传递进行讨论。 The advantages and characteristics of direct evaporative cooling air conditioning technology applied in products are discussed. The relationship between inlet and outlet air temperature, inlet and outlet water temperature and water temperature in water tank are analyzed through test and experiment of evaporative air cooler. The influence of the amount of water in the water tank on the evaporative cooling efficiency is studied by comparative experiment, and the feasibility of adding a small water tank is put forw-ard. Combined with the experimental results, the energy transfer in the direct evaporative cooling process is discussed.
