摘要
金佛山方竹实生苗在生长过程中发生了2种叶性状变异,表现为宽叶和窄叶。前期研究根据1年生实生苗最大株高(H)、地径(D)及分蘖数(X),将其分为3组(F1:H≥65 cm、D≥5.34 mm、X≥9;F2:65 cm>H≥54 cm、5.34 mm>D≥4.37 mm、9>X≥7;F3:54 cm>H≥45 cm、4.37 mm>D≥3.43 mm、7>X≥4)。利用实地观测、石蜡切片及Python语言分析金佛山方竹2种叶变异类型3个分组2~4年生实生苗的秆性状、叶性状及地下竹鞭生长情况,并比较2种叶变异类型间的性状差异筛选出优良实生苗。结果表明:对于叶性状,不同组间的F1实生苗生长性状优于F2及F3;相同组时,窄叶型叶片面积虽小但数量显著多于宽叶型,且2种类型叶片在叶厚度、表皮厚度、泡状细胞组大小、梭形细胞间空隙长度、叶脉数量及面积方面均存在显著差异。对于秆性状,不同组间的F1实生苗生长最佳,其次为F2,F3生长表现最差;相同组时,窄叶型实生苗生长的更好,其株高、地径、枝下高、发笋数等明显大于宽叶型。对于地下鞭生长状态,不同组间,仅F1实生苗发育出三级鞭,且鞭径、鞭长均显著大于F2和F3;相同组中,窄叶型地下鞭的生长优势更明显,其鞭长、鞭径均显著大于宽叶型。金佛山方竹2种叶类型F1组均被认定为优良实生苗,且窄叶型比宽叶型更适合进行造林生产。
Two kinds of leaf variations(wide-leaf and narrow-leaf) appeared in the growth process of Chimonobambusa utilis. According to plant height, ground diameter and tiller number of 1-a seedlings, the two types of plants can be divided into three groups(F1: H≥65 cm, D≥5.34 mm, X≥9;F2: 65 cm>H≥54 cm, 5.34 mm>D≥4.37 mm, 9>X≥7;F3: 54 cm>H≥45 cm, 4.37 mm>D≥3.43 mm, 7>X≥4). The growth traits of the stem, leaf and underground bamboo rhizome in the two types of 2-4-a seedlings in the three groups were compared to select excellent seedlings using field observation, paraffin section and python software for three consecutive years. The growth characteristics ofleaves in F1 group were better than those in F2 and F3 groups. In the same group, the leaf area of narrow-leaf seedlings was smaller, while the number of leaves was significantly higher than that of wide-leaf plants;And there were significant differences in leaf thickness, epidermal thickness, bulliform cell group size, space length between fusoid cells, number and area of veins between the two types of seedlings. The stem growth traits of F1 seedlings was the best among the three groups, followed by F2 and F3. Meanwhile, narrow-leaf seedlings grew better, whose plant height, ground diameter, under-branch height and shoot number were significantly higher than those of wide-leaf plants in the same group. In terms of underground rhizomes in different groups, only the seedlings in F1 group developed third-grade rhizomes, whose rhizome diameter and length were significantly greater than those in the other two groups. In the same group, the underground rhizomes of narrow-leaf seedlings displayed obvious growth advantage, whose rhizome length and diameter were significantly greater than those of wide-leaf plants. In conclusion, the seedling in F1 group were identified as excellent seedlings, and the narrow-leaf type was more suitable for forest afforestation.
