人参灰葡萄孢对氯氟醚菌唑敏感基线的建立及抗药性监测

Establishing Sensitivity Baseline and Fungicide-resistance Monitoring of Botrytis cinerea Populations from Ginseng to Mefentrifluconazole

摘要 为了解人参灰葡萄孢对氯氟醚菌唑的抗药性情况,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了人参灰葡萄孢对氯氟醚菌唑的敏感性,采用最小抑菌浓度法监测人参灰葡萄孢对氯氟醚菌唑的抗药性。结果表明:氯氟醚菌唑对供试的148株人参灰葡萄孢菌株的EC_(50)值为0.008 4~2.795 8 mg/L,其敏感性频率分布呈连续单峰曲线,经K-S法检验符合正态分布,未出现敏感性明显下降的抗药性菌株群体,EC50平均值为0.174 4 mg/L,可作为人参灰葡萄孢对氯氟醚菌唑的敏感基线;不同地区来源、不同年份分离的人参灰葡萄孢菌株对氯氟醚菌唑的敏感性差异显著(P<0.05);所检测的人参灰葡萄孢菌株对氯氟醚菌唑的抗药性水平多数为敏感菌株和低抗菌株,只有吉林省抚松县和集安市有少量中抗和高抗菌株,抗性频率均在3.70%以下。本研究为氯氟醚菌唑防治人参灰霉病提供了技术依据。 In order to clarify the resistance of ginseng Botrytis cinerea strains to mefentrifluconazole, the sensitivity of B. cinerea to mefentrifluconazole was determined by mycelial growth rate method, and fungicide-resistance of B. cinerea to mefentrifluconazole was monitored with minimum inhibitory concentration method. The range of EC_(50)values of mefentrifluconazolea gainst the tested B. cinerea strains was from 0.008 4 to 2.795 8 mg/L, and the sensitivity frequency distribution showed a continuous unimodal curve, which was in line with the normal distribution by K-S method. There was no resistant population with significantly decreased sensitivity, and its average EC50value of 0.174 4 mg/L can be used as the sensitive baseline of B. cinerea to mefentrifluconazole. There were significant differences in the sensitivity of B. cinerea strains from different geographical regions and different years to mefentrifluconazole. Most of the tested strains of B.cinerea were sensitive or low resistantto mefentrifluconazole, only a small number of medium and high resistant strains were found in Fusong County and Ji’an City of Jilin Province, and the resistance frequency was all less than 3.7%.
