摘要
随着国家和地方污水排放标准的日益严格,我国污水处理厂的提标改造迫在眉睫。山东某污水处理厂进水工业废水占比大,水质波动大,出水TP、SS难以稳定达标。为响应当地环保政策,满足出水标准,现将原有混凝沉淀系统中的1组斜管沉淀池原位改造为磁混凝系统。改造前2组斜管沉淀池实际处理量为25000 m^(3)/d,改造后1组磁混凝系统处理量即可达到43000 m^(3)/d,且磁混凝出水超越V型滤池进入后续消毒单元进行处理后,出水TP、SS不但明显优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准,甚至可满足《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅳ类标准。经济性分析表明,改造后聚合硫酸铁(PFS)和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)投加量分别节省40%和30%左右,实际运行功率降低6.12%,吨水运行能耗降低45.45%,共计可节约成本0.0564元/t。
Along with the national and local discharge standard increasingly strict,the upgrade of sewage treatment plant is urgent.For a sewage treatment plant in Shandong,the proportion of influent industrial wastewater and the water quality fluctuated greatly,and the effluent TP and SS were difficult to meet the standard stably.In order to respond to local environmental protection policies and meet the effluent standard,one group of inclined tube sedimentation tanks in the original coagulation and sedimentation system was transformed into a magnetic coagulation system in-situ.Before the transformation,the actual treatment capacity of two sets of inclined tube sedimentation tanks was 25000 m^(3)/d.After the transformation,the treatment capacity of one set of magnetic coagulation system could reach 43000 m^(3)/d.After the magnetic coagulation water exceeded the V-shaped filter tank and entered the subsequent disinfection unit for treatment,the effluent TP and SS were not only obviously superior to the first-Class A standard of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Waste Water Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002),even met the ClassⅣstandard of the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838—2002).The economic analysis showed that after the transformation,the dosage of PFS and PAM could be saved by about 40%and 30%respectively,the actual operating power could be reduced by 6.12%,and the energy consumption per ton of water could be reduced by 45.45%.The total cost could be saved by 0.0564 yuan/t.
