摘要
党的建设在推动公立医院高质量发展的战略全局中发挥着定向领航的作用,大力加强党的建设关乎公立医院高质量发展的成效。但在推动公立医院高质量发展的过程中,党建工作仍是薄弱环节。文章以广州医科大学附属第二医院在高质量发展视角下创新党建工作路径、探索党建工作特色方面的经验做法为例,分析其在“党建领医路,医心护健康”党建工作品牌引领下的四大工程:“强基工程”抓根本,铸魂育人创一流;“培优工程”抓内功,培根强优树品牌;“引航工程”抓大局,不忘初心显担当;“融促工程”抓中心,同频共振谋发展等具体举措。最后从把人民作为党建工作的根本立足点,基于实际推动党建与业务有机融合,结合时代凝练特色党建品牌等三方面作出公立医院党建工作路径的思考。
The party construction plays a guiding role in promoting high-quality development of public hospitals,and strengthening party building is related to the effectiveness of high-quality development.However,party building is still a weak link in the process.Based on the experiences of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University,which innovates the path and explores the characteristics of party building,it analyzes the party building brand:“Party building leading the way and medical care protecting health”,with four projects including:“consolidating foundation project,integration and promotion project,excellent training project and pilotage project”.At last,it discusses the path of party building of public hospitals from three aspects:taking the people as the basic standpoint of party building work,promoting the organic integration of party building and business based on reality,and refining the characteristic party building brand in connecting the requests of time.
