摘要
采用现状分析法、文献研究法和定性分析法,重点分析了皮革企业污水处理监测系统的测度方法和平台架构的设计要点。结合我国皮革企业污水排放量大、污染物成分复杂、pH值高等特点,提出综合利用物联网传感器、数控系统、移动终端相关技术,实现制革污水处理安全可控乃至个性化的实时在线监测功能。经过对比发现,本文所设计的系统方案低耗能、高时效且可以较稳定地采集、反映和预警污水处理情况,提高企业监测效率并优化污水监测流程,促进皮革企业污水处理监管向自动化、智能化发展。
The measurement methods of the wastewater treatment monitoring system of leather enterprises and the design points of the platform architecture were analyzed using the methods of status quo analysis,literature research and qualitative analysis.Combined with the characteristics of large wastewater discharge,complex pollutant composi⁃tion and high pH value in leather enterprises,it is proposed to comprehensively use Internet of Things sensors,numer⁃ical control systems and mobile terminal related technologies to realize the safe,controllable and even personalized re⁃al-time online monitoring function of tanning wastewater treatment.Through comparison,it is found that the system scheme designed can achieve low energy consumption,high timeliness,more stable collection,reflection and early warning of wastewater treatment,improve enterprise monitoring efficiency and optimize wastewater monitoring process,and promote the automation and intelligent development of wastewater treatment supervision in leather enterprises.
