基于窄带隙有机光电探测器材料的研究进展

摘要 有机光电探测器(OPDs)因为制备过程简单且成本低、轻质柔性、重量轻等特点引起人们的极大兴趣,具有广阔的应用前景。近年来,随着窄带隙有机/聚合物材料的不断发展,许多具有高探测率和高灵敏度的新型窄带隙OPDs被不断的报道出来。研究人员利用有机聚合物和有机小分子等组块,成功地研制出一系列具有优异性能的窄带隙的有机光电探测器。本文简要综述了窄带隙有机/聚合物光电探测器活性层材料的研究进展。 Organic photodetectors(OPDs) have attracted great interest because of their simple preparation process, low-cost, light-weight and flexibility, and have broad application prospects.In recent years, with the continuous development of narrow-band-gap organic photodetector materials, many novel narrow-band-gap OPDs with high detection rate and high sensitivity have been reported.Using organic polymers and small organic molecules, researchers have successfully developed a series of narrow-band-gap organic photodetectors with excellent performance.The research progress of active layer materials for narrow-band-gap organic/polymer photodetectors were reviewed.
