摘要
定量分析土壤中六价铬的含量,对于分析土壤污染情况具有重要意义。利用微波消解技术对土壤样品进行处理,通过优化微波消解的温度和时间,保证对土壤样品机体的破坏,将土壤中六价铬全部释放到消解液中,并有效抑制三价铬的氧化。离心后直接测定。结果表明,当样品量2.00 g,微波消解温度95℃,消解时间15 min时,土壤中六价铬能提取完全。方法检出限为0.25 mg/kg,其测定结果准确性和精密度较好。与HJ 1082-2019相比,本方法有样品处理时间短,自动化程度高,提高效率的同时可满足土壤限值要求。
Quantitative analysis of hexavalent chromium content in soil is of great significance for the analysis of soil pollution.The soil sample was treated by microwave digestion technology.The temperature and time of microwave digestion were optimized to ensure the destruction of the soil sample body,release all hexavalent chromium in the soil into the digestion solution,and effectively inhibit the oxidation of trivalent chromium the sample was determined directly after centrifugation.The results showed that when the sample weight was 2.00 g,the microwave digestion temperature was 95℃,and the digestion time was 15 min,the hexavalent chromium in the soil could be completely extracted.The detection limit of the method was 0.25 mg/kg,and the accuracy and precision of the determination results were good.Compared with HJ 1082-2019,this method had the advantages of short sample processing time,high degree of automation,improved efficiency and meeting the soil limit requirements.
