摘要
以锦灯笼幼苗为试验材料,设置一定浓度梯度的NaCl溶液,研究NaCl胁迫对锦灯笼幼苗生理特征的影响。结果显示:随着NaCl浓度升高,锦灯笼幼苗过氧化物酶(POD)活性逐渐升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性呈先升高后降低的趋势,三种抗氧化酶活性的最大值均与对照存在显著差异;丙二醛和相对电导率,呈先降低后升高的趋势,在25mmol/L NaCl时最低;可溶性糖含量,在200mmol/L NaCl时为最大值。锦灯笼的幼苗具有一定的抗盐性,可以通过SOD、POD、CAT活性的相互协调,增强锦灯笼幼苗的抗氧化能力。
The effects of NaCl stress on the physiological characteristics of Physalis alkekengi L.seedlings were studied by using Physalis alkekengi L.seedlings as experimental materials.The results showed that with the increase of NaCl concentration,the peroxidase(POD)activity increased gradually,and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)increased first and then decreased.The maximum values of the three antioxidant enzymes were significantly different from those of the control.Malondialdehyde and relative conductivity decreased first and then increased,and the lowest value was found at 25 mmol/L NaCl.The soluble sugar content was the maximum at 200mmol/L NaCl.The seedlings of Physalis alkekengi L.have certain salt resistance,and the antioxidant capacity of Physalis alkekengi L.seedlings can be enhanced through the coordination of SOD,POD and CAT activities.
