摘要
在面对金属压波垫片密封失效故障时,往往以面压不足作为分析问题的切入点,然而从该角度出发分析本文所述故障时,却无法解释故障现象进而解决故障。通过仿真研究发现,金属压波垫片与连接件之间的反复滑移错动导致金属垫片压波结构磨损,是本文所述金属压波垫片的密封失效机理。基于上述密封失效机理,可以良好的解释故障现象,并提出了相应的改进方向,最终成功解决了故障。
Insufficient surface pressure is usually the cause of metal gasket seal failure.However,it is impossible to solve the failure described in this article from this point of view.The paper found that the slip between metal gasket and adjacent parts was the main cause of the gasket seal failure.And the fault phenomenon can be well explained based on the above sealing failure mechanism.Finally,the corresponding improvement direction is put forward and the fault is solved successfully.
