摘要
本文主要从试验和理论研究两个方面对内燃机能量平衡和[火用]平衡进行了概述与总结。在试验研究中,柴油/2-甲基呋喃混合燃料随2-甲基呋喃含量增加,[火用]效率与热效率先增大后减小;而在生物柴油中加入2-甲基呋喃,随着2-甲基呋喃含量的增加,使得发动机整体的有效功能占比降低,[火用]效率也降低。在理论研究中:RCCI模式热效率高于PPC模式;涡轮增压可以降低熵产,从而降低不可逆性。通过对内燃机能量平衡和[火用]平衡的试验和理论研究结合分析,寻求内燃机节能的最大潜力。
This paper summarizes the energy balance and exergic balance of internal combustion engine from both experimental and theoretical aspects.In a pilot study,As the content of 2-methylfuran increased,exergic efficiency and thermal efficiency increased first and then decreased.When 2-methylfuran was added into biodiesel,as the content of 2-methylfuran increased,the proportion of overall effective function of the engine decreased as a result of exergic efficiency decreased.In the theoretical study,the thermal efficiency of RCCI model is higher than that of PPC model.Turbocharging reduces entropy production and thus irreversibility.The maximum potential of energy saving of internal combustion engine is found through the experimental and theoretical analysis of energy balance and exergic balance.
