摘要
大直径常压刀盘泥水平衡盾构掘进施工过程中易出现刀盘结泥饼、仓内滞排、卸渣槽堵塞、刀盘扭矩大、掘进速度慢等问题,严重时还会影响施工进度,对施工安全造成威胁。为此以佛莞城际狮子洋隧道工程为例,从泥浆指标控制、刀盘冲刷系统优化、掘进参数控制、刀筒刀具优化等方面,提出大直径泥水平衡盾构在复合地层条件下掘进的防滞排对策。
In the construction process of large diameter atmospheric pressure cutter head mud-water balanced shield tunneling, it is easy to have some problems such as cutter disc mud cake, delay discharge in the warehouse, blockage of slag discharge port, large torque of cutter head, slow tunneling speed, etc., which will affect the construction progress and pose a threat to the construction safety in serious cases. Therefore, taking the Foshan-Dongguan Intercity Railway Shiziyang Tunnel project as an example, from the aspects of mud index control, cutter head scour system optimization, driving parameter control, cutter barrel tool optimization, etc., the anti-stagnation and drainage countermeasures of large diameter mud-water balanced shield tunneling under compound formation conditions are put forward.
