摘要
【目的】“流体力学与液压气动技术”是机械类专业的基础课程,机电专业的学生在学好这门学科理论知识的同时,要结合实践达到完全掌握的目的。【方法】课题组提出了线上理论教学与虚拟实验融合的一体化教学方式,分析了用仿真实验代替线下实验可解决线下实验难的问题,并结合实际工程案例,以多路阀液压系统为背景,通过虚拟仿真实例,使学生在线上学习的情况下,能够将理论知识运用到虚拟仿真实验中,弥补线下实验的空白;同时建议在课程中融入思政教育,引导学生树立正确的人生观和价值观,以实现思政教育和专业教学内容的有效衔接。【结果】依托网络教学平台实现理论与实验混合式教学,虚拟仿真实验与理论知识相结合,可实现“虚—实—虚”的良好循环,有效解决了课程学时不足、实验条件不够、理论内容枯燥等问题,同时通过软件仿真可使学生充分理解理论知识并掌握相关仿真软件,拓展学生专业知识,为学生就业奠定坚实的基础。
[Objective] “Fluid Mechanics and Hydraulic Pneumatic Technology” is a basic course for mechanical majors. Students of mechanical and electrical majors should fully grasp the theoretical knowledge of this subject while combining with practice.[Method] The research group put forward an integrated teaching method of online theoretical teaching and virtual experiment,analyzed that replacing offline experiment with simulation experiment can solve the problem of offline experiment difficulty, and combined with practical engineering cases, taking the hydraulic system of multiple valves as the background, through virtual simulation examples, students can apply theoretical knowledge to virtual simulation experiment and make up for the blank of offline experiment when learning online;At the same time, it is suggested that ideological and political education should be integrated into the curriculum to guide students to establish correct outlook on life and values, so as to realize the effective connection between ideological and political education and professional teaching content. [Result] Relying on the network teaching platform to realize the mixed teaching of theory and experiment, the combination of virtual simulation experiment and theoretical knowledge can achieve a good cycle of “virtual-real-virtual”, effectively solving the problems of insufficient course hours, insufficient experimental conditions, and boring theoretical content. At the same time, through software simulation, students can fully understand theoretical knowledge and master relevant simulation software, expand their professional knowledge, and lay a solid foundation for students’ employment.
