摘要
通过质量文化建设,能够将教育质量价值观念落实到教育各环节和教学全过程,将质量要求内化为师生共同的价值追求和行为自觉,形成最为持久、适用性广的人才培养动力。进入新时代,面对高等医学教育所承担的历史任务和使命,大力建设质量文化是医学院校教育教学改革的必然选择。通过基于外部质量标准建设的外塑型质量文化、综合社会利益方诉求建设的外发内生型质量文化和源自高校自身发展需求建设的内生型质量文化三个阶段的建设,将最大限度地发挥“高校人”在质量建设中的积极作用和主动性,有效解决制约高等医学教育内涵发展建设的诸多瓶颈问题。
Through the construction of quality culture,the value concept of education quality can be implemented into all aspects of education and the whole process of teaching and the quality requirements can be internalized as the common value pursuit and behavior consciousness of teachers and students,so as to form the most enduring and applicable force to cultivate talents.Entering the new era,facing the historical tasks and missions of higher medical education,construction of the quality culture is an inevitable choice for the reform of education and teaching in medical colleges and universities.Through three-stage construction including external quality culture based on external quality standard,external and endogenous quality culture built by considering the interests of social parties and endogenous quality culture originated from the developing requirements of colleges and universities,the positive role and initiative of people of colleges and universities will be played furthest,and many problems in terms of restricting development and construction of connotation of higher medical education will be effectively solved.
