摘要
为了降低直升机在电力巡检过程中的安全风险,运用决策实验室分析法(DEMATEL)和解释结构模型法(ISM),从人员、直升机设备、自然环境、机场环境、组织等几个方面分析影响巡检安全的因素以及其对巡检安全的影响程度,建立多级递阶结构模型。模型表明,身体状态、资质技术水平、天气条件、地形条件和安全责任意识为影响直升机电力巡检安全的深层因素,该研究结果对直升机线路巡航安全保障具有重要的意义。
Helicopters are increasingly used in powerline operations.In order to reduce the safety risk of helicopter powerline operation,this paper uses Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory method and Interpretive Structure Modeling method to analyze the key factors affecting helicopter powerline operation and the degree of its influence from the aspects of personnel,helicopter equipment,natural environment,airport environment and organization,establishing a multi-level hierarchical structure model.The model shows that:physical state,qualification and technical level,weather conditions,topographical conditions and safety responsibility consciousness are the deep factors,the research results are of profound significance to ensure the safety of helicopter route cruise.
