摘要
结合项目实际,文章以BIM(Building information modeling)技术为承载,以项目数据为驱动,对高速公路机电工程进度管理进行统筹规划并设计一套管理系统,从而实现机电工程计划、组织、施工、协调的高效运转,进一步推进项目进度的动态管控,全面保障项目顺利交付。
In combination with the actual situation of the project, the article takes BIM(Building information modeling) technology as the carrier and project data as the driver to carry out overall planning and design a set of management system for the progress management of expressway electromechanical engineering, so as to achieve the efficient operation of electromechanical engineering planning,organization, construction and coordination, further promote the dynamic control of project progress, and comprehensively ensure the smooth delivery of the project.
