摘要
选用农用酚醛泡沫、海绵块和混合基质等3种育苗基质对水培生菜进行育苗试验,为探究不同基质对生菜育苗的出苗效果和生物采收量的影响。结果表明采用不同基质育苗的效果差异显著:在育苗阶段,以农用酚醛泡沫(T1)为基质的生菜出苗率最高,达到98.13%,其次为海绵块(T2)97.5%,最低的为混合基质(T3),出芽齐苗速度快慢依次为T2> T1> T3,叶片长度和地上部鲜重由大到小为T1> T2> T3;经管道水培后,在采收时生菜的地上部鲜重分别为T1> T2> T3,T1的叶片短而厚,具有很好的商品性。对育苗成本、操作方式、生态环境和实验结果等各方面因素进行综合分析得知,亚热带水培生菜育苗基质以选用农用酚醛泡沫基质更为适合,推广价值大。
In order to discuss effect of different substrates on seedling emergence effect and biological harvest mass,nursery seedling experiment of hydroponic lettuce was conducted using three nursery substrates of agricultural phenolic foam,sponge block and mixed substrate. The results showed that there were significant differences on nursery seedling among three substrates. Seedling emergence rate was highest,reaching 98.13% when agricultural phenolic foam(T1) was used,seedling emergence rate was the second highest,reaching 97.5% when sponge block(T2) was used and seedling emergence rate was the lowest when mixed substrate(T3) was used. The time of full seedling emergence of three substrates was in the order of T2> T1> T3. Leaf length and fresh weight of aboveground were in the order of T1> T2> T3. Fresh weight of harvested aboveground was in the order of T1> T2> T3when pipeline hydroponics was used. When T1 was used,leaves were short and thick,showing good commodity.Based on comprehensive analysis of nursery cost,operation methods,ecological environment and experiment results,agricultural phenolic foam was suitable in hydroponic lettuce in subtropical areas and had great promotion value.
