摘要
牙周病学前期实习是牙周病学本科生教学的重要组成部分。文章以北京大学口腔医学院·口腔医院牙周病学教研室多年来的教学管理和质量控制经验为基础,以提升青年教师胜任力为切入点,总结牙周病学前期实习教学中的集体理论备课和集中操作校准制度对于提升青年教师胜任力的作用,以期为设计和制定合格牙周病学教师的培养制度提供借鉴。
Periodontal preclinical training is a significant part of undergraduate teaching in periodontology. This article summarized the main contents of the improvement for the competence of young teachers by collective lesson preparation and calibration in the periodontal preclinical training of dental undergraduate based on the experience for teaching management and quality control of the Department of Periodontology in Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology,to provide reference for establishment of standardized training system of periodontology teachers.
