轨道车辆碳纤维复合材料天线梁的研究

摘要 针对复杂轨道运行环境下金属天线梁结构可靠性不足的问题,文章从结构设计、材料选型、工艺方案等方面提出了一种新型碳纤维复合材料天线梁,并对该天线梁进行了静强度计算、模态计算、随机振动分析、疲劳强度分析、模拟长寿命振动试验。结果表明,该天线梁相比金属天线梁减重超过60%,且抗振动和抗疲劳能力强,能够满足应用安全需求。 Aiming at the problem of insufficient structural reliability of metal antenna beam in complex orbital operation environment, a new type of carbon fiber composite antenna beam is proposed from the aspects of structural design, material selection and process scheme. The static strength calculation, modal calculation,random vibration analysis, fatigue strength analysis and simulated long-life vibration test of the antenna beam are carried out. The results show that the antenna beam can reduce the weight by more than 60% compared with the metal antenna beam, and has strong anti-vibration and anti-fatigue ability, which can meet the application safety requirements.
