摘要
文章对余杭区崇贤至老余杭连接线(高架)工程T梁预制及横隔板现浇施工进行了详细介绍。针对同一桥跨内,梁长各不相同、横隔板错位问题,项目部应用预制T梁短横隔板、扩大横隔板现浇段技术工艺,成功解决了因梁长不同引起的T梁横隔板错位问题。预制T梁整体性及梁底横隔板线型得到了极大的改善。
This paper introduces in detail the prefabrication of T-beams and cast-in-place construction of intermediate diaphragms in Chongxian-old Yuhang connecting line(viaduct) project in Yuhang District. In view of the problems of different beam lengths and intermediate diaphragm dislocation in the same bridge span, the project department successfully solved the problem of T-beam and intermediate diaphragm dislocation caused by different beam lengths by applying the technology of prefabricating T-beams and short intermediate diaphragms and expanding the castin-place section of intermediate diaphragms. The integrity of the prefabricated T-beams and the linear shape of the intermediate diaphragms at the bottom of the beam have been greatly improved.
