摘要
文章针对国内部分矿石码头拥有的两套机械取制样设备的系统进行研究,通过对两套不同工艺流程的取样设备系统进行优缺点比较,得出对其进行多功能优化组合的设想,并研究通过优化组合和技术改造,实现技术升级,以期提升系统在线快速检测水平,提高检验效率,降低运营成本。
This paper studies two set of mechanical sampling and preparing device systems owned by some ore terminals in China. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of two sets of sampling and preparing device systems with different technological processes, it comes to the idea of multi-function optimization combination, and studies the realization of technical upgrading through optimization combination and technical transformation, with a view to improving the online rapid detection level of the system,improving the detection efficiency and reducing the operating cost.
