船舶撞击后受损桥墩安全评估及修复

摘要 以遭受船舶撞击的广州番禺北斗大桥为对象,采用基于力加载的弹性分析方法与基于位移加载的弹塑性分析方法,对受撞桥墩的安全性进行评估。结果表明:基于力加载的弹性分析可对撞击力作用下桥墩受力状态进行初步的分析并得出结构易损截面,但无法准确反映易损截面屈服后的结构状态,难以对损伤桥墩现状进行评估;基于位移加载的弹塑性分析通过于撞击损伤截面设置塑性铰进行Pushover分析及损伤变形桥墩恒载内力重分布分析,识别倾覆力与恢复力,建立现状结构平衡关系,可对损伤桥墩状况进行较为准确的评估。评估后先利用临时墩顶升两侧上部梁体再进行下部墩柱的处治,避免了次生灾害,实现了快速施工修复。 Taking Guangzhou Panyu Beidou Bridge hit by ships as the research object, the elastic analysis method based on force loading and the elastoplastic analysis method based on displacement loading have been used to evaluate the safety of the hit pier. The results have shown that the elastic analysis based on force loading can preliminarily analyze the stress state of the pier under the ship collision force and obtain the vulnerable section of the structure, but it cannot accurately reflect the structural state of the vulnerable section after yielding, so it is difficult to evaluate the current situation of the damaged pier;while the elastoplastic analysis based on displacement loading through push-over analysis and redistribution analysis of dead load internal force of damaged and deformed pier by setting plastic hinges on the collision damaged section, identify overturning force and restoring force, and establish the current structural balance relationship, which can accurately evaluate the current situation of damaged pier. After the evaluation, the upper beams on both sides have been jacked up by temporary piers, and then the lower pier columns have been treated, which could avoid secondary disasters and realize rapid construction.
