摘要
EPC总承包模式下项目档案管理是当前比较先进的一种管理模式。做好工程EPC总承包项目,就必须做好EPC总承包项目档案管理工作。本文梳理当前EPC总承包模式下项目档案管理存在的问题,阐述了EPC总承包项目模式下档案管理的对策和措施,对提升EPC总承包模式下建设项目档案管理水平、规范项目档案管理提供了方向。
Project archives management under EPC general contracting mode is an advanced management mode at present.To do a good job in EPC project,it is necessary to do well in EPC project archives management.This paper combs the problems existing in the project archives management under the current EPC general contracting mode,expounds the countermeasures and measures for the archives management under the EPC general contracting project mode,and provides a direction for improving the level of construction project archives management under the EPC general contracting mode and standardizing the project archives management.
