摘要
目的了解杭州市公立医疗机构医务人员对智慧医疗服务的评价情况。方法于2020年8月—10月,随机抽取杭州市7家公立医疗机构的医务人员进行问卷调查。定性数据采用构成比描述;定量数据采用均数±标准差形式描述;采用卡方检验分析不同人口学特征医务人员对智慧医疗服务评价的差异;采用多重线性回归分析医务人员对智慧医疗服务评价的影响因素。结果年龄和职称在医务人员对智慧医疗服务评价上的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄为26~35岁、学历为硕士、职称为初级职称、工作年限少于5年的医务人员对智慧医疗服务的评价较高。结论杭州市公立医疗机构智慧医疗服务开展情况良好,从医方出发应采取一系列措施培养患者智慧医疗使用习惯,提高医务人员接受度和认可度。
Objective To acquire medical staff’s evaluation of smart medical services in public health institutions in Hangzhou City.Methods From August to October 2020,the healthcare workers of seven public health institutions in Hangzhou City were randomly selected for a questionnaire survey.Qualitative and quantitative data were described by component ratio,and mean±standard deviation,respectively.Chi-square test was used to analyze the differences in the evaluation of smart medical services by medical staff with different demographic characteristics,and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors for the evaluation of smart medical services by medical staff.Results Differences in age and professional title showed statistical significance in the evaluation of smart medical services by medical staff(P<0.05).Medical staff aged 26-35 years,with master’s degrees,primary professional titles,and working years less than 5 years had better evaluation on smart medical services.Conclusions Smart medical services of public health institutions in Hangzhou City are well developed.From the perspective of healthcare suppliers,we should take a series of measures to cultivate patients’habit of using smart medicine and improve the acceptance and recognition of smart medical services among medical staff.
