摘要
科技成果转化是提高区域和国家创新能力的重要途径,是技术进步、增强经济实力、提升全球竞争力的重要手段。本文认为:高校作为科技创新成果的集聚地,在助力区域科技成果转化、服务社会经济发展方面发挥着重要作用。因此,国家大学科技园与依托高校应建立“校-园”协同创新体系,明确协同创新主体的职责,厘清共同目标,深化完善联动机制,充分释放主体活力并实现资源和要素共享、能力与优势互补,系统推动主体优势资源的联通互动,进而持续提升区域科技成果转化效率。
Transformation of sci-tech achievements is key to boost national and regional innovation capacity,and an important means to advance technology,strengthen economic strength and enhance global competitiveness.This paper argues that universities,as an important platform for sci-tech innovation,play a vital role in helping the transformation of regional scitech achievements and serving social and economic development.Therefore,this thesis proposes that national university sci-tech parks and universities should establish a system for collaborative innovation,clarify the responsibilities of each subject,setting common goals,improve the linkage mechanism,fully release the vitality of the subjects and realize the sharing of resources and elements,complementary capabilities and advantages,and promote the interaction of the subjects’advantageous resources,so as to continuously enhance the efficiency of the transformation of regional sci-tech achievements.
