摘要
环氧耐磨涂层材料广泛应用于渣浆泵、固-液颗粒浆料输送管道等冲蚀磨损工况下的设备修复与预防护中。为了提高材料的抗冲蚀磨损性能,延长使用寿命,根据材料磨损失效的机理分析,本文系统总结了近年来针对环氧耐磨涂层材料的改性方法,包括增韧改性法、短纤维改性法与填料改性法等。以上改性方法均提高了材料的力学性能,降低了冲蚀介质对材料表面的切削作用,提高了材料的抗冲蚀磨损性能。
Epoxy wear-resistant coating materials were widely used in equipment repair and prevention protection under erosion wear conditions such as slurry pump and solid-liquid particle slurry conveying pipeline. In order to improve the erosion resistance and prolong the service life of the material, based on the analysis of the wear failure mechanism of the material, the modification methods of epoxy wear-resistant coating materials in recent years, included toughening modification, short fiber modification and filler modification were systematically summarized. The above modification methods could improve the mechanical properties of the epoxy wear-resistant coating material and reduce the cutting effect of the erosion medium on the surface, so as to improve the erosion resistance of the material.
