摘要
档案是重要的信息资源,大数据技术能够用来解决档案管理中存在的问题。本文着重阐述了在档案管理中应用大数据技术的方法,即首先进行档案数字化工作,进而在档案管理中应用大数据挖掘算法,完成档案数据可视化呈现和建设大数据平台等。在档案管理应用大数据技术过程中,应该关注大数据人才培养,不要忽视非数字化档案,兼顾便利性和安全性等问题。
Archives are important information resources,and big data technology can be used to solve the existing problems in archives management.This paper focuses on the method of applying big data technology in archives management.Firstly,digitize archives,then apply big data mining algorithm in archives management,visually present archives data and build big data platform.In the process of applying big data technology in archives management,we should pay attention to the cultivation of big data talents,do not ignore non-digital archives,and give consideration to convenience and security.
