摘要
公安机关作为疫情防控的主力军,在科技发展、城市“智治”的今天,如何精准施策高效开展疫情防控,维护社会稳定,已成为公安工作的重点。以疫情危机生命周期为视角,对疫情危机生命周期在公安疫情防控中的适用、公安机关在疫情危机生命周期各阶段防疫工作中面临的主要困境及解决对策开展研究,以期为公安机关防控疫情、精准施策助力,提升公安机关疫情防控能力提供建议。
As police agencies are a main force of covid prevention and control,how to take precise measures,effectively carry out prevention and control and maintain social stability is a priority of police work in the era of fast scientific and technological development and urban"smart governance".From the perspective of epidemic crisis life cycle,this paper conducts research into the suitability of epidemic crisis life cycle to police agencies'covid prevention and control,as well as the main plights they confront,so as to to help police agencies to prevent and control the covid,take precise measures,and provide suggestions for improving their prevention and control competency.
