摘要
信息化、智能化潮流对自动控制实验教学提出了新的要求。采用FACTORY I/O的3D FPS游戏模式来构建自动控制实验平台,以缓解当前实验缺乏被控对象的问题。针对“计算机控制技术”和“PLC原理与应用”课程,基于FACTORY I/O设计了被控对象,提供了5种实验模式;以水位闭环控制为例阐述了对象模型构建、通信连接、控制算法编制等核心环节;并给出了双容水箱水位控制实验结果,验证了平台设计的可行性。
Intellectualization and informatization raise higher requirements for experiments of automatic control.In this paper,the 3D FPS game mode of FACTORY I/O is employed to build an automatic control experimental platform;it is a way to deal with the problems in current experiment labs as the shortages of the controlled objects.With FACTORY I/O,the controlled objects are constructed and 5 experiment modes are provided.A closed loop control experiment is taken as a study case to elaborate the key parts of the platform as plant modeling,communication connection and control algorithm programming.The experiment results of water level control of double coupled water tanks are presented to verify the feasibility of the platform design.
