摘要
对钢中非金属夹杂物从来源和化学成分进行了划分,讨论了钢中非金属夹杂物的危害及对钢材强度、塑性、韧性、耐疲劳性、耐腐蚀性和切削性能的影响。对钢中的非金属杂物如硫化物、氧化物、氮化物和硅酸盐进行金相检验的方法和评级标准进行了论述。
Non-metallic inclusions in steel are classified from source perspective and chemical composition,and harm of non-metallic inclusions and their effects on steel strength,plasticity,toughness,fatigue resistance,corrosion resistance and machinability are discussed.The microstructure examination methods and grades standards for non-metallic inclusions in steel such as sulfide,oxide,nitride and silicate are discussed.
