煤矿电气设备谐波诊断技术研究及电能质量分析装置研制 被引量:1

Research on Harmonic Diagnosis Technology of Coal Mine Electrical Equipment and Development of Power Quality Analysis Device

摘要 针对煤矿井下电气设备产生的时变谐波问题,设计了分段快速傅里叶变换(FFT)方法对时变谐波进行分析检测,利用检测的谐波数据进行电气设备故障诊断。通过硬件和软件设计研发了电能质量分析装置。利用电气设备产生的谐波进行故障诊断,实现了电气设备故障在线检测,避免了停机造成的经济损失,节省了大量劳动力投入,具有十分重要的应用和研究价值。 Aiming at the problem of time-varying harmonic generated by the electrical equipment in the coal mine,a segmented fast Fourier transform(FFT)method was designed to analyze and detect the time-varying harmonic,and the detected harmonic data was used to diagnose the fault of the electrical equipment.Power quality analysis device was developed through hardware and software design.The harmonic generated by electrical equipment was used for fault diagnosis,which realizes the on-line detection of electrical equipment fault,avoids the economic loss caused by shutdown,and saves a large number of labor input.It has very important application and research value.
