新型电缆驱动碎屑清除工具研究

摘要 电缆驱动碎屑清除工具的碎屑回收能力的主要影响因素是井下泵选择和捞砂筒结构设计。为提高各种碎屑的分离能力,解决回收难题,研制了新型电缆驱动碎屑清除工具。该工具采用螺杆泵产生强大的双向吸入压力,以及配置具有平行过滤器的多级捞砂筒,实现最大的碎屑充填效率,从而提高了性能。在对比离心泵和涡轮泵性能的基础上,定义了吸入压力计算模型,分析多级捞砂筒系统的性能和能力。利用计算流体动力学模型确定了新型过滤器捞砂筒的压力损失和碎屑堆积分布。现场试验对模型结果进行了验证,即,新型工具具有收集各种碎屑的能力。研究结果表明:该工具能够有效捕获并储存各种井筒碎屑,提高碎屑回收能力。研究结果可为电缆驱动碎屑清除工具的研发提供技术支撑。 The selection of downhole pump and the structure design of bailer are the main factors affecting the debris recovery capability of wireline-powered debris removal tools.In order to improve the separation ability of various debris and solve the problem of recovery,a new wireline-powered debris removal tool was studied and analyzed.The tool improves its performance by using a progressing cavity pump to generate strong bi-directional suction pressure and a staged bailers equipped with parallel filters to achieve maximum debris filling efficiency.On the basis of comparing the performance of centrifugal pump and turbine pump,the performance and capability of staged bailers system with suction pressure budget model were defined.The pressure loss and debris accumulation distribution of the new type filter were determined by computational fluid dynamics model.The model results and the performance of the new tool in collecting various debris were testified.The results show that the tool can effectively capture and store a wide range of wellbore debris,improving recovery.The research results can provide technical support for the development of wireline-powered debris removal tools.
