摘要 针对常规游梁式抽油机的驱动系统效率提升空间有限,能耗整体偏高等问题,提出了盘式电机驱动自平衡游梁式抽油机的结构方案。采用盘式永磁电机直接驱动减速器,不需要皮带传动,从而提高地面系统效率;利用永磁电机的变频调速特性,并结合游梁尾部设计的自动调平衡装置,形成了一套自平衡式抽油机控制方案。根据直驱抽油机对电机尺寸和效率的要求,对盘式电机结构进行优化设计,电机效率可达93.8%。提出“粗精结合”的自平衡调节方案,以曲柄平衡调节为主、游梁自动平衡调节为辅,建立了根据功率平衡度自动调节平衡的控制策略,实现了抽油机无极调速。电机测试和抽油机现场试验表明:运行过程中盘式永磁电机性能稳定,带动抽油机整体运行平稳可靠,日耗电量下降19.5%,具有良好的节能效果。 The driving system of the conventional beam pumping unit has low operating efficiency and high energy consumption.Therefore,a new beam-pumping unit structure with a semi-direct drive and self-balancing system was proposed.The newly proposed beam pumping unit is directly driven by a disk permanent magnet motor,eliminating the belt and improving the efficiency of the ground system.A control scheme of a semi-direct drive self-balancing pumping unit was developed based on the permanent magnet motor's frequency conversion and speed regulation character-istics combined with the automatic balancing device designed at the tail of the beam.According to the requirements of the size and efficiency of the motor in the pumping unit,the structure design and optimization of the disk motor were carried out,and the efficiency of the motor reached 93.8%after optimization.A combined self-balancing adjustment scheme was proposed.The crank balance adjustment was token as the main part and the beam automatic balance adjustment was the auxiliary part of the scheme.The control strategy of adjustable stroke and automatic balance adjustment according to power balance degree was established,and the control system model of the pumping unit was built.The temperature test of the motor and field test of the pumping unit was carried out.The result shows that the daily power consumption of this type of pumping unit decreases by 19.5%,which has a good energy-saving effect.
