摘要
地方师范院校专业教学质量保障需要对质量观作本体论的反思,加强教学质量保障能力建设,构建独具特色的质量保障体系。绵阳师范学院地理科学专业经过多年探索,确立了“师生为本、内源激励”的专业教学质量保障理念,构建了“系统完备、协同规范”的专业质量保障制度,实施“循环闭合、持续改进”的专业质量保障机制,营造了“意义引领、敬畏人文”的专业质量保障文化,最终形成了“理念、制度、机制、文化”四位一体的地理科学专业教学质量保障体系,为地方高校同类专业质量保障体系建设提供了可资借鉴的行动方案和实践样例。
The guarantee of professional teaching quality in local normal colleges and universities needs to reflect on the ontological view of quality,to strengthen the construction of teaching quality guarantee ability,and to set up a unique quality guarantee system.After years of exploration,the Geography Science Major of Mianyang Teachers'College,has clarified the professional teaching quality guarantee concept of"internal motivation and teacher-student orientation",constructed the professional quality guarantee system of"scientific and complete,standardized and coordinated",implemented the professional quality guarantee mechanism of"loop closure and continuous improvement",created a professional quality assurance culture of meaning leading and reverence humanity,and formed a teaching quality guarantee system of four-in-one(philosophy,system,mechanism and culture).It has provided the action plan and practice example for the construction of quality guarantee system of similar specialty in local colleges and universities.
