石材废石制备机制骨料技术可行性分析

摘要 通过对石材废石的物理属性、化学属性和加工属性进行研究,制定出与石材废石制备机制骨料相匹配的生产工艺方案,实现一线多用,满足石材废石多样性生产。进一步对比优质机制砂和石材废石机制砂C50混凝土性能的性能影响,得出可以实施石材废石生产机制砂的技术路线,并提出废石机制砂石粉含量具体控制方法。 Through the research on the physical,chemical and processing properties of stone waste,a production process plan matching with the aggregate of the stone waste preparation mechanism was developed to achieve multi-purpose in the first line and meet the diversified production of stone waste.By further comparing the performance impact of high-quality machine made sand and stone waste machine made sand C50 concrete,the technical route for the production of machine-made sand from stone waste is obtained,and the specific control method for the content of machine made sand and stone powder in waste stone is proposed.
