摘要
对机电安装工程进行了研究,从机电安装工程造价的作用入手,简要分析决策、设计、招投标、施工、结算阶段的造价控制要点,并提出了明确目标、做好施工配合、加强材料询价体系管理、提高施工人员综合素质培养、加强工程变更管理等多元方法,以提高机电安装工程造价控制效果。
This paper studies the mechanical and electrical installation engineering.starting from the role of the cost of mechanical and electrical installation engineering,it briefly analyzes the key points of cost control in the stages of decision-making,design,bidding,construction and settlement,puts forward multiple methods such as clear objectives,good construction cooperation,strengthening the management of material inquiry system,improving the comprehensive quality training of construction personnel and strengthening the management of engineering change,to improve the cost control effect ofmechanical and electrical installation project.
