摘要
本实验基于高通量测序与生物信息学相关技术手段对大白菜内生菌及可于LB培养基上分离培养的内生菌的多样性展开研究。研究结果显示,白菜内生菌共299个菌属,其中乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)、赖氨酸芽孢杆菌属(Lysinibacillus)、发光杆菌属(Photobacterium)等为优势菌属。于LB培养基上可分离培养大白菜内生菌共55个菌属,占整个白菜内生菌的16.7%,其中赖氨酸芽孢杆菌属(Lysinibacillus)、肉食杆菌属(Carnobacterium)等为优势菌种。KEGG功能预测结果显示,内生菌处于内生状态时氨基酸、核酸与脂质代谢会受到一定程度上的抑制,而能量代谢与糖代谢等有利于共生系统的代谢途径会一定程度增强。
Based on the techniques of high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics,the diversity of endophytes and endophytes isolated and cultured on LB medium in Chinese cabbage were studied. The results showed that there were 299 genera of endophytic bacteria in Chinese cabbage,among which Lactobacillus,Lysinibacillus and Photobacterium were the dominant genera. A total of 55 genera of endophytic bacteria of Chinese cabbage could be isolated and cultured on LB medium,accounted for 16.7% of the total endophytic bacteria of Chinese cabbage,of which Lysinibacillus and Carnobacterium were the dominant strains. The results of KEGG function prediction showed that the metabolism of amino acids,nucleic acids and lipids would be inhibited to some extent when the endophytes were in the endophytic state,while the metabolic pathways beneficial to the symbiotic system such as energy metabolism and glucose metabolism would be enhanced to some extent.
