摘要
目的:探讨早期功能矫治术在儿童正畸中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月—2022年1月金湖县人民医院收治的40例拟行正畸治疗的患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各20例。对照组予以常规矫治,观察组予以早期功能矫治,比较两组临床疗效、X线头影测量及临床指标。结果:①治疗效果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②X线头影测量结果:正畸前,两组SNA°、SNB°、ANB°等多个头影测量结果比较,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05),正畸后,观察组SNA°、SNB°、ANB°低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③临床指标:观察组上中牙突距、上中牙倾角低于对照组,观察组转位牙矫正用时、倾斜牙矫正用时及诊疗完成用时均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童正畸中早期功能矫治技术治疗效果显著,可改善患儿错颌畸形,减少矫正诊疗时间,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of early functional correction technology in children’s orthodontics.Methods Forty children with orthodontic treatment who were admitted to Jinhu County People’s Hospital from January 2017 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given early functional treatment.The clinical efficacy,X-ray cephalometry and clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results①Curative effect:The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).②X-ray cephalometric measurement results:Before orthodontic,there was no statistical difference in the measurement results of SNA°,SNB°,ANB°between the two groups(P>0.05);After orthodontic,SNA°,SNB°,ANB°in the observation group was lower than those of that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).③Clinical indicators:Upper-middle tooth protrusion distance,upper-middle tooth inclination in the children of the observation group was lower than those of the control group.The completion time of orthodontic and tilted teeth and treatment in the observation group was lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of early functional correction technology in children’s orthodontics is remarkable,which can improve the malocclusion in children and reduce the time of corrective diagnosis and treatment,which is worthy of reference.
