摘要
目的探讨快速康复理念在手术室护理中的价值。方法将我院2019年5月至2021年5月收治的80例外科手术患者,以随机数表法分两组。常规组给予常规护理,快速康复组在以上常规护理的基础上,实施快速康复理念护理。比较两组视觉模拟量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分、生理应激指标血浆ET_(1)水平、S100β蛋白水平、并发症发生情况、住院时间、医疗费用。结果护理前两组视觉模拟量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分、生理应激指标血浆ET_(1)水平、S100β蛋白水平比较,P>0.05,护理后两组视觉模拟量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分、生理应激指标血浆ET_(1)水平、S100β蛋白水平均显著降低,且快速康复组视觉模拟量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分、生理应激指标血浆ET_(1)水平、S100β蛋白水平显著低于常规组,P<0.05。快速康复组并发症少于常规组,P<0.05。快速康复组住院时间短于常规组,医疗费用低于常规组,P<0.05。结论外科手术患者实施快速康复理念护理的效果确切,可减少并发症,减轻患者疼痛,减轻不良情绪和生理应激,有利于加速康复,缩短住院时间和减少医疗费用。
Objective To explore the value of rapid rehabilitation concept in operating room nursing.Methods A total of 80 surgical patients from May 2019 to May 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The routine group gives routine care,and the rapid rehabilitation group implements the rapid rehabilitation concept nursing on the basis of the above routine nursing.The two groups of visual simulation scores,anxiety self-rating scale scores,depression self-rating scale scores,physiological stress index plasma ET_(1) levels,S100 protein levels,occurrence of complications,hospital stay,and medical costs were compared.Results The visual analogue scale score,anxiety self-rating scale score,depression self-rating scale score,plasma ET_(1),S100 protein levels,P>0.05.After nursing,the visual analogue scale score,anxiety self-rating scale score,depression self-rating scale score,physiological stress index plasma ET_(1) level and S100β protein level were significantly reduced,and the visual analogue scale score,anxiety self-rating scale score,depression self-rating scale score,physiological stress index plasma ET_(1) level and S100βprotein level of the rapid recovery group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,P<0.05.There were fewer complications in the rapid rehabilitation group than in the conventional group,P<0.05.The rapid rehabilitation group was shorter than the conventional group and medical costs were lower than the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation for surgical patients is effective,which can reduce complications,reduce pain,reduce bad mood and physiological stress,accelerate rehabilitation,and shorten hospital stay and reduce medical expenses.
