摘要
目的探究循证案例博客(BLOG)教育平台在中医妇科学教学中的应用效果。方法采取随机对照设计的方式将100名中医妇科实习学生均分为研究组(开展基于BLOG平台的循证病案教学)和对照组(开展常规教学),分析比较2组实习学生带教结束后理论考核和实践操作成绩差异,评估2组学生迷你临床演练评量表(Mini-cex)评分及总成绩优良率的不同。结果研究组学生理论考核与实践操作得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组学生Mini-cex量表各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组学生优良率92.00%(46/50),高于对照组的76.00%(38/50)(P<0.05)。结论中医妇科学教学中应用基于BLOG平台的循证病案教学可以提高实习学生对理论知识与实践技能的掌握,有助于提高实习学生优良率。
Objective To explore the application effect of the BLOG education platform of evidence inquiry cases in the teaching of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A randomized controlled design was adopted to divide 100 gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine practice students into study group(evidence-based medical record teaching based on BLOG platform)and control group(routine teaching).The difference of theoretical assessment and practical operation performance of the two groups of practice students after teaching was analyzed and compared,and the score and total of Mini-clinical exercise scale(Mini-cex),the difference between good and bad grades were evaluated.Results The scores of theoretical examination and practical operation in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Mini-cex scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and excellent rate of the study group was 92.00%(46/50),higher than that of the control group(76.00%,38/50)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based medical record teaching based on the BLOG platform in the teaching of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the students’grasp of theoretical knowledge and practical skills,and help to improve the excellent rate of students.
