摘要
目的探究康复锻炼在老年脑出血高血压恢复期患者护理中的应用及对血压水平的影响。方法选取我院2021年11月至2022年1月期间收治的68例老年脑出血高血压恢复期患者随机分为对照组和观察组,分组方式为抽签法。对照组34例,接受常规护理,观察组34例,接受康复锻炼护理,比较两组护理前后血压水平、心功能水平、生活质量、并发症发生率。结果护理后,观察组收缩压、舒张压明显低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组后壁厚度(LVPW)、左心室质量指数(LVMI)明显小于对照组,P<0.05;观察组杜氏高血压生活质量量表评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组并发症发生率(0)比对照组低(17.65%),P<0.05。结论对老年脑出血高血压恢复期患者实施康复锻炼护理,可以促进其血压水平下降,使其心功能维持正常,并发症少,对改善生活质量有一定作用。
Objective To explore the application of rehabilitation exercise in nursing elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage and hypertension convalescence and its influence on blood pressure level.Methods A total of 68 elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage and hypertension convalescence admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots.34 cases in the control group received routine nursing,34 cases in the observation group received rehabilitation exercise nursing.The blood pressure level,cardiac function level,quality of life and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05;The posterior wall thickness(LVPW)and left ventricular mass index(LVMI)of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Duchenne Quality of life Scale score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,P<0.05;The complication rate of observation group(0)was lower than that of control group(17.65%),P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of rehabilitation exercise nursing for elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage and hypertension convalescent period can promote the decline of blood pressure level,make their heart function maintain normal,less complications,improve the quality of life has a certain role.
