摘要
针对已有自动化测斜设备的不足,本文研制了全自动机械式深层测斜装置(该装置配套了自动化控制系统及数据传输系统),通过机械自动化手段模拟人工测斜监测的全过程,从而提出了新型的自动化测斜手段。通过现场试验,与人工测斜监测进行横向对比,分析本自动化监测系统在实际监测过程中的适用性及可靠性。试验数据表明,全自动机械式智能测斜系统与人工测斜监测数据基本相差不大,精度较高,且在深度较深的孔中,有明显精度和经济效益优势,具有较高的推广价值。
In view of the shortcomings of the existing automatic inclinometer,a fully-automatic mechanical deep-layer inclinometer was developed.Being equipped with automatic control and data transmission systems,the inclinometer could simulate the whole process of manual inclination monitoring by using mechanical automatic means,which led to a new type of automatic inclination measurement method.In terms of field test,auto-system was compared with manual inclination monitoring in order to analyze the applicability and reliability of the former one in actual monitoring process.The data produced by auto-system was basically the same as mannual monitoring result.The automatic system has obvious advantages in accuracy and economic benefits while applying to deep boreholes,and is worthy of promotion.
