摘要
内河型绞吸船是水库清淤作业的主流装备。在疏浚作业中,施工土质的类型是影响绞刀外形尺寸、刀臂数量和绞刀功率等参数的一个重要因素。针对不同土质选择合适的绞刀类型,有助于增加产量,提升施工效率。本文搜集了国内外绞刀尺寸参数,对国内相关工程的施工数据进行分析,计算绞刀的切削效率和配置功率,总结出适用于不同土质的绞刀综合配置方案。
Inland-river cutter suction dredger is the mainstream equipment for dredging reservoir.The type of construction soil is an important factor affecting the parameters such as overall size and power of cutter head,and the number of cutter arms in dredging construction.The cutter heads suitable for soil property will help to increase dredging amount and improve efficiency.By gathering the sizes of cutter heads adopted in China and abroad,analyzing the data on dredging projects in China,calculating the cutting efficiency and configuration powers of the cutter heads,a comprehensive configuration plan of cutter head is summarized,which applies to different soil properties.
