摘要
目的 对比分析单用针刺、热敏灸与联合治疗对胃轻瘫患者胃功能改善程度及排空功能的影响。方法随机选取2019年10月—2021年10月龙岩市博爱医院收治的40例胃轻瘫患者为研究对象,依据治疗方式将其分入观察组和对照组,各20例。两组均常规应用西药治疗,在此基础上给予对照组单用针刺治疗,观察组采用针刺、热敏灸联合治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、胃肠功能指标、胃排空功能和各项证候积分情况。结果 治疗后,观察组各项胃功能指标、胃排空功能、各项证候积分明显均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的65.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.906,P<0.05)。结论 在胃轻瘫患者的治疗中,与单用针刺相比,采用针刺、热敏灸联合治疗更有利于改善患者的胃肠功能。
Objective To compare and analyze the effects of acupuncture alone,thermosensitive moxibustion and com⁃bined treatment on the degree of improvement of gastric function and emptying function in patients with gastroparesis.Methods 40 patients with gastroparesis admitted to Longyan Boai Hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were randomly selected as the study object,divide them into the observation group and the control group according to the treatment method,with 20 patients in each group.Both groups were routinely treated with western medicine.On this basis,the control group was treated with acupuncture alone,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion.The therapeatic effect gastrointestinal function index,gastric emptying function and symptom scores of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the observation group were significantly better than the control group in various gastric function indicators,gastric emptying function and various syndrome scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group was 65.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.906,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with gastroparesis,the use of combined acu⁃puncture and thermosensitive moxibustion is more beneficial to improve patients'gastrointestinal function compared with acupuncture alone.
