摘要
采用冷喷涂技术对飞机辅助进气门进行了再制造修复,运用金相观察、显微硬度检测、结合强度测试、耐蚀性能检测及着色渗透探伤检测等方法对再制造修复效果进行评估。结果表明,修复区域涂层孔隙率仅为0.32%,致密度高,且涂层界面夹杂物少,结合强度不低于57 MPa,最高可达65 MPa,与基体的结合性能优异。添加氧化铝颗粒的涂层显微硬度可达104.8 HV0.05,耐磨性能与基体相近,有效防止了修复后的二次磨损。研究结果表明,飞机辅助进气门再制造修复效果达到设计要求,修复效果良好。
In this work,cold spraying technology is used to complete the remanufacture of the aircraft auxiliary inlet valve,and the effect of repair is evaluated by means of metallography observation,microhardness testing,bonding strength testing,corrosion resistance testing and dye penetrant inspection.The results show that the porosity of coating in the repair area is only 0.32%,which means the density of coating is high.The coating interface only have few inclusions,the bonding strength is not less than 57MPa and up to 65MPa,which proves the bonding performance of coating with the matrix is excellent.Further,the microhardness of the coating by adding alumina particles can reach 104.8HV0.05.The wear resistance is similar to that of the matrix,which effectively prevents the secondary wear after repair.The comprehensive research results show that the remanufacturing repair effect of the aircraft auxiliary inlet valve meets the design requirements and the repair effect is good.
