摘要
目的分析口服多西环素联合强脉冲光治疗丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮的效果和应用价值。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月江苏省昆山市中医医院收治的50例丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮患者为研究对象,依据院中对病例排序的数字奇偶性,分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组口服多西环素治疗,观察组在口服多西环素基础上联合强脉冲光治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果、临床医师红斑评估量表(CEA)评分、红斑自评量表(PSA)评分、经表皮失水量及角质层含水量。结果治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.878,P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的面部持久性红斑情况均较治疗前得到显著改善,且观察组的CEA评分和PSA评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的皮损改善情况更良好,经表皮失水量少于对照组,而角质层含水量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服多西环素联合强脉冲光治疗丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮效果显著,能够更快抑制病情,改善皮损,消除持久性红斑,该治疗方式具备较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect and application value of oral doxycycline combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of papulopustular rosacea.Methods A total of 50 patients with papulopustular rosacea admitted to Kunshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the re⁃search objects.According to the digital parity of the cases in the hospital,they were divided into control group and ob⁃servation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral doxycycline,while the observa⁃tion group was treated with intense pulsed light on the basis of oral doxycycline.The clinical treatment effect,clinician erythema assessment scale(CEA)score,erythema self-rating scale(PSA)score,transepidermal water loss and stratum corneum water content were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treat⁃ment in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 68.00%in the control group,the difference was sta⁃tistically significant(χ^(2)=4.878,P<0.05);after treatment,the facial persistent erythema of the two groups was signifi⁃cantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the CEA score and PSA score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of skin lesions in the observation group was better,the transepidermal water loss was less than that in the control group,and the water content of stratum corneum was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral doxycycline combined with intense pulsed light is effective in the treatment of papulo⁃pustular rosacea,which can suppress the disease more quickly,improve the lesions and eliminate persistent erythema,and this treatment has high clinical application value.
